You can ask the seller your questions about the item in the tab titled Question to the Seller on the item's page.
You ask a question in Russian or English. We translate it and forward to the seller.
Normally, sellers respond within several hours. However sometimes there may be no response. If your question is answered, we will translate it and send it to your email.
You can ask any questions regarding the item, its condition, and availability in stock.
However, the following questions will not be accepted.
- Partial purchase of the item.
- Purchasing before the auction closing time.
- Price negotiations.
- Questions whose answers are contained in the description.
Once the auction is over, we cannot ask the seller.
We reserve the right not to ask questions to the seller at our discretion, and also if the questions contradict the rules of the auction.
