The free storage period at the Vladivostok warehouse is 7 calendar days from the moment the item receives the status “arrived at Vladivostok warehouse”.
If the free storage period is exceeded, storage fees will be charged as follows:
- wheels, rims, and tires — 15 RUB per item per day
- other goods — 5 RUB per kg per day
The maximum storage period is 60 days, after which the item may be disposed of without prior notice.
Important:
If your parcel has been consolidated and there is no outstanding balance, but shipment is delayed due to our side, storage fees will NOT be charged.
The storage period may be extended by prior agreement.
Please note:
- items will not be shipped until any outstanding balance is fully paid. Storage fees will continue to accrue until the balance is cleared
- do not purchase items unless you are sure you can pay for them upon arrival at the Vladivostok warehouse
- please avoid misuse of credit: all balances must be settled by the time the item arrives at the warehouse
