Additional Pictures
You can add a request by leaving a comment on your purchased item in your profile. Our staff will take additional pictures of your item once it reaches the warehouse.
This service costs 1,000 yen. In case your purchase needs to be opened, taken out of the package, and packed again, a repacking fee will be applied.
Extra Packing / Repacking
We carefully pack all parcels before shipment to ensure safe delivery.
However, if you have specific packaging preferences, we offer a special repacking service upon request.
Please leave your repacking request or packaging instructions in the comment section of the item before your purchase arrives at the warehouse in Japan.
If no request is made, the item will be shipped in standard packaging.
Product Photos
You can request photos of your item before it arrives at our warehouse.
To do this, add a comment to the order when purchasing the item or leave a comment in your personal account specifying exactly which photos you would like us to take.
Service fee: 1,000 JPY
The service includes taking photos of the item at our warehouse without opening the package.
If opening the package, removing the item, inspecting its condition, or repacking is required, these services are charged separately. The cost depends on the complexity of the work.
Repacking Service
Repacking in Japan is an optional paid service provided upon the customer's request.
If no repacking request has been made, the item will be shipped in the same condition and packaging in which it was received from the seller.
We offer various repacking options:

- Foam protection
- Double-box packaging
- Custom packaging solutions
Standard Packaging
Standard packaging includes:
- a sturdy cardboard box;
- securing the item inside the box;
- filling empty spaces with packing materials;
- protection of moving parts;
- an additional cardboard insert between the turntable lid and platter (for turntables);
- wrapping the item with stretch film.

Price: 1,500 JPY
Guitar Amplifiers
Standard packaging: 3,000 JPY
If the amplifier consists of multiple units, the price is calculated individually.
Speakers
Price: 3,000 JPY per pair
Turntable Stylus
Price: 1,500 JPY
Includes a protective case and foam insert.
Guitars
Price: 2,500 JPY
Includes a cardboard box and paper cushioning.
Fishing Rods (in Tube Cases)
Price: 2,500 JPY
For certain product categories, standard packaging is mandatory.

For one pair of speakers:

- Full reinforced packaging: 10,000 JPY
If there are more than two speakers, the cost is calculated individually.
Wooden Crating
We can provide custom wooden crating.
The cost depends on the dimensions of the item.
For an audio amplifier with dimensions up to 50 × 40 × 20 cm, the cost of a wooden crate is:
13,000 JPY
Important
- Whenever possible, the item is kept in the original packaging provided by the seller.
- If custom packaging, double-box packaging, or additional reinforcement is required, the final cost may increase.
- The final packaging cost is determined individually after the warehouse staff inspect the item.
