Balance Top-Up by Bank Card
You can top up your balance using your bank card. When selecting payment for an order on samurayushka.ru, you will be automatically redirected to a secure payment form to enter your bank card details. All data entered on the payment form is fully protected in accordance with the PCI DSS security standard. We receive only information confirming that the payment has been completed and do not have access to your card details. A payment authorization confirmation will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
Immediately after completing the payment, you will be redirected back to our website. Payment information may take from 5 seconds to several minutes to reach us. To debit your account you need to access your profile, click on the Wallet, and then Fulfillment.
Input your fulfillment amount and proceed to payment methods.
Depending on your bank, it is necessary to confirm your payment by SMS or another method.
After your payment has been confirmed, your wallet will be topped up.
Refund Policy
Refunds of unused funds are processed within 1–3 business days from the moment a request is received via email at [email protected] or through the support chat.

A 5% fee is charged on refunds, calculated from the deposited amount.
This fee is due to the fact that when funds are added to the wallet via a payment system, the payment service provider’s fee is charged and is non-refundable. In addition, there are frequent cases where, after a refund, the wallet is topped up again with the same amount to participate in auctions. In order to encourage conscious use of deposit and refund functions, a refund fee has been introduced. This is a forced measure.
Important:
If you are requesting a refund for the first time, the refund will be processed without any fee.
Please note that a credit system is available for regular customers. In certain cases, you may request a one-time credit to participate in auctions and top up your wallet only after successfully purchasing a lot (decisions are made on an individual basis).
