In Japan, items are consolidated into packages only when shipped via AVIA, Physical Cargo, or Physical Express. These parcels are formed in Japan and shipped directly to the recipient.
When using Standard-12/15, Economy, or SP Cargo shipping channels, items are not consolidated into packages in JApan, they are packed and sent to the warehouse in Vladivostok.
Upon arrival in Vladivostok, you will need to create a package for domestic shipping within Russia.
To create a package, first select the items you would like to ship, and click on Create a package.
Select your preferred delivery company from the list. We work with all transportation companies in Vladivostok. If you do not find your desired delivery company in the list, select Other and indicate the company name.
Please indicate the complete details of the recipient, including full name and patronymic. Some delivery companies demand full passport information of the recipient.
After all fields are filled. click on Create.
Once a package is formed, a package number will be assigned. The status changes to "Packing".
You can add items to the package until the status changes to Ready for Shipment. Select the items you wish to add, click on Create, and choose the package from the list. The recipient data will be added automatically.
Russia's Domestic Delivery tab displays all packages. You can delete a package or mark it as received.
