現在、ＰＱ０５Ｒ０５は呼称統一により、ＰＱ０５ＲＦ１Ｖとなっています。
詳細な情報は、ＰＱ０５ＲＦ１Ｖを検索して頂くとわかります。
入力電圧が６Ｖ～３１Ｖで動作します。
何もしないと５．１Ｖ　１Ａの３端子レギュレータで、外付け抵抗で電圧可変ができます。
最後の画像の等価回路図の２番ピンと４番ピンの間の標準抵抗値は１２８０Ωで、
４番ピンと３番ピンの間の標準抵抗値は４３０Ω、４番ピンは、Vref=１．２６Ｖです。
これだけの情報があれば、任意電圧の出力を設計することができます。
入出力間がＰＮＰトランジスタで構成されているため、０．５Ｖ以下の電圧降下で動作します。
