（すこしコツがいりますが
シャフトは前後9mm10mm入るように削ってあります

クリアランスは奥まで詰めて25c
すこし引けば28cも履けます

だいぶ古いフレームでnjsの刻印がない旧競輪のフレームになります。
傷が目立ちますが致命的な箇所はなさそうです
