カンチレバーに植え込んである軸の部分は、鉄やチタンの金属を使用しています。
故に、実効質量がどうしても「重め」となります。その点ウルトラＣ針は、
ブロックサファイヤ針構造といえる訳で、実効質量の低減と低コスト化を同時に
実現している事になります。
