その名門生産者ルモルトンのカルヴァドスは48種類のリンゴと洋ナシ(最低30%)のブレンドでジュースは完全に発酵するまで木樽に置かれ、蒸留された後にさらに樽で長期熟成を経了瓶に詰められ熱練した技術と丁寧な作業が深い味わいの美酒を生み出します。
