鏡筒(レンズ)サポート プレート？と思われますが詳細不明です。

かなりしっかりしたものです。
全長は54cmくらい、穴の径はノギスで計って実測90mm位でした。カメラのロックネジは大口径でしっかりした作りで確実にしめられます。

また工夫すれば巨大なマルチアーム(鉄ちゃんバー)のような使い方もいいと思います(三脚への取り付けネジ(メスネジ)は工夫してください。
