Update on storage terms at the Vladivostok warehouse

Friends, we would like to inform you about an important update.

Due to the high workload of the warehouse and the increasing volume of incoming goods, the free storage period at the Vladivostok warehouse has been reduced to 7 days.

This decision was made to:
— speed up order processing
— ensure timely arrival of new lots to the warehouse
— avoid delays in receiving and shipping goods

Important:

If your parcel has already been consolidated and there is no outstanding balance, but we have not managed to ship it within a week, storage fees will NOT be charged in this case.

When paid storage applies:
— if the item remains at the warehouse without consolidation
— if there is an outstanding balance

We recommend not delaying parcel consolidation and keeping your balance topped up.
